No matter our weights, many of us struggle with weight fluctuations. I reached my goal weight a few weeks back. Tooted my own horn on here and then presto... up three pounds the next week. Needless to say, I didn't toot my own horn about that part. lol.
I have read here on SP that the monthly friend, salt retention, water retention, dehydration, extra carbs, constipation, BMs and a few other things I've probably missed makes our weight fluctuate. Know that every little thing you do is getting you closer to your goals.
