Are you asking about the list of replies you've posted to the forums ? If so, all you need to go is go to your start page. On the right hand side, you'll see a green boxed titled jump to a spark team. If you look down the list of items in that green box, there is a link called My Recent Posts. that's a listing of all the posts you contributed to over the last week or so.
