First and foremost, Jana, congratulations on the weight you've lost so far! That is WONDERFUL!!
How would it be to make a list of five things you love to do that don't involve food? Eat a normal, healthy dinner tonight, one you'd eat as a regular part of your weight-loss plan, and then choose the most appealing item or activity on that list you made earlier? I promise you that it will divert you from eating for the evening, and by tomorrow morning, you'll be back on track - without punishing yourself or otherwise mistreating yourself for the binge.
We all have those "ooops" days now and then! It's part of being human, and the thing to do is to move on and get back on track as soon as you can. But be kind to yourself in the process!
