I recently went through the same thing. I hit a low spot and spiraled out of control. With each pound that I put back on, I felt more and more like a failure. What really helped me was blogging and sending out an SP SOS to my friends. A friend reached out to me and challenged me to get back on track. I was letting the scale tell me if I was successful and I was addicted to weighing myself - watching yourself go up or down 4 pounds in one day is pretty darn stressful!
What she asked me to do, and I challenge you to do the same. Starting right now. Start tracking everything again. Even if you go over, get back in the habit. Drink your water everyday and track that. Weigh yourself tomorrow AM when you get up - then, DO NOT weigh yourself again until March 31. You will be surprised and happy to see the results. I dropped 6 lbs in 11 days just by getting my mind, my spirit and my consumption back on track!
