And then he has multiple 'nuisance' ones that cause bad eczema - wheat, citrus, a couple very common food preservatives, soy, and the list goes on.
Look at the life-threatening ones - there is very little that doesn't have any of those in, but the thing is, there are heaps of substitutes, and the fact his Mum makes nearly all his food and has done it by researching the different food groups to ensure he gets balance, shows that it CAN be done! So (and I am NOT yelling) NO EXCUSE :-)
