I'm sorry for your loss. that is definitely difficult.
One thing that I did when my grandfather passed away a couple of years ago was exercise. I jogged the morning after I found out, as well as the morning of his funeral at the hotel we stayed at. It allowed me time to grieve and it actually helped a lot. I found that exercise is a great time to think and reflect. It helped with the release, and allowed me to feel my feelings rather than eat them.
I know everyone copes differently, but I hope that you are well.
*You can pray all you want, but if you're not getting up off your butt, NOTHING is going to happen.
