From what I've read stretch marks are largely due to genetics!!! Almond oil and coconut oil have worked for me a little, but it wasn't a cure. I did go and see a plastic surgeon and he said "save your money, nothing really works!". I still use the oils and feel better for it so I guess that's the main thing. Combine glycolic acid and Retina-A. When used together, glycolic acid and Retina-A can dramatically improve the appearance of stretch marks. If you choose to do this, you might want to "prep" your skin with Retina-A before using a glycolic acid.
Do not use Retina-A if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It can cause severe birth defects. Also, lavender oil mixed with castor oil or flaxseed oil or cod liver oil can be used to treat stretch mark problems.
Another way to look at them is your warrior stripes. You're a tiger and a fighter with the scars to prove it !
