If your Tracker is telling you to eat more, then you need to eat more! Cutting out too much really can hinder your weight-loss and also set you up for other health issues further down the track.
Just make sure that changes are made using baby steps because this is the best way to learn the healthy habits, and have them stick. Sudden changes may see results but in time may also cause you to fall off the wagon. This applies to nutrition and exercise.
Good luck, but I am sure that if you follow the advice that your tracker is giving you, you won't need that 'luck' - you will be succeeding :-)
