Are you also over your daily calorie range?
If not - no big deal! Just make a conscious effort to stay at the very low end of your fat grams for the next day or two and it all evens out.
If you are over on your daily calories, do not panic, it happens! Take it as a learning experience - restaurant foods can be deceiving, and it is almost beyond comprehension how they can cram that many fat grams into a single sandwich, but they do! Salads (which sometimes have more fat/calories than burgers) and muffins (which almost always have more fat/calories than donuts) are a couple other items that continually cause me to go
Just carry on as normal tomorrow. You can eat at the lower end of your range, but there's no need to go under it (tbh it's better not to).
