I would definitely make sure you get in a daily workout, but you CAN do many things at work like leg lifts as you sit at your desk, stretches at your desk, take extra bathroom breaks and you could do some simple exercises in the bathroom like squats, leg lifts, also if you can take a walk during your lunch that might help. Do you have a gym close to your work if you have a long lunch break? You will need to be creative.
