I'm looking at getting back with Sparkpeople, but I'm not sure if I should give Fast Break a try. I almost feel like it's better for clueless people. I know exactly what I SHOULD be doing- especially after being off and on Spark over and over. Plus, it's hard not to go overboard and get into tracking and trying to stay within my ranges- even if my diet goal is just to eat a healthy breakfast.
So, what's your opinion? I really am considering giving Fast Break a shot, but I also feel like I should jump all-in. Granted, the idea of just focusing on eating a healthy breakfast is ideal. I could essentially go to the store tomorrow to buy some yogurt and start that in the morning. Starting an overall diet plan, however, will take more shopping and prep-work... so it's easier to put it off. So, I do see both ends of the spectrum.
I'm also a little worried about the transitional period from Phase 1 to Phase 2 of the Spark Diet.
