Sometimes it takes a while for our bodies to adjust to the dieting. Other things to consider:
1. Be sure the nutrients are balanced as well as the calories. Are you measuring and tracking your food? If you aren't getting the right balance of nutrients, your body will react negatively.
2. Are you getting enough sleep? Lack or rest may affect your weight loss.
3. Are you drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day? The water actually helps you lose weight faster.
4. Be sure and check the amount of sodium you are eating daily. If you get too much sodium, your body will retain the weight.
Don't be surprised if the scale suddenly drops several pounds.
