Now, the reason I'm suggesting that you preorder this is because I was privileged enough to read an advance copy of the book, and what struck me is how while following the two weeks of meal plans, *I was not hungry.* This is because each meal is designed to keep your metabolic furnace stoked, and keep cravings down. The reason you're hungry is possibly because you're not eating the right foods! We can cut calories, but if we don't eat the right stuff, it can leave us wanting. Ever noticed if you have takeout chinese, you're hungry a couple hours later? Simple carbs, rice, spikes your blood sugar.
The book will help teach you how to make better choices. Anyway, I just thought I'd suggest it.
