I am a sugar addict and chocoholic. Try this: Combine 1/2 C plain Greek Yogurt, a dash of vanilla extract, 1 packet of stevia, 2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder and mix well until smooth. Top with 10-12 raw almonds and sliced bananas or berries. Very tasty and satisfying!
Stevia does not affect me like chemical "fake sugars" but it does satisfy my sugar craving. When I feel like eating dessert, I will have a peppermint tea with stevia and that usually does the trick. Drink extra water until the detox headaches stop...
