It's always tough when you are at others houses. When you are further along on this journey, you could probably pass on the bad foods, but for now do the best you can. Try reaching for maybe a banana and some peanut butter, yogurt, fruit, plate of veggies to try to keep yourself from grabbing the bad food.
Also, make sure you are getting any and all exercise in. Even walking would be good, to help burn off any bad choices. Hopefully you will get back to your own place soon.
