AKRAEMER21, if you're bored with the same routine, change the routine, then change it again. I, too, had never been thin my entire life. I got "sparked" into a mindset of getting healthy about a year and a half ago. It was almost miraculous how I was able to stay motivated. My point it this: after a lifetime of being overweight, I am now at 128 pounds and have been there since February 2012. I cannot express the sheer joy of being slender. It truly is all it is cracked up to be! Everyday is joyful, even in the midst of life's challenges. I just wanted to let you know that you, too, can become slender. If, somehow, you could wrap your head around the heart disease component, maybe that could motivate you. After all, heart disease kills. It's deadly serious. You can completely avoid that fate.
