I'm sorry, cry if you need to but try to figure out what triggered your binge and then think of other things you can do next time that don't involve food.
Remember that this is a journey and none of us are perfect. Start again right now, do one thing that is good for you. Take a walk or do one of the quick fitness routines on the site.
Put this behind you and take the lesson with you as you go forward on your journey.
