Jeannie,

Just weighing in doesn't get your calorie range adjusted. You have to click on the change button next to your weight goal (On your Start Page under the My Goals and Progress column), make sure your current weight on that page is accurate, and then click the save button. Then your calorie range will be recalculated automatically if necessary.

I hope this helps!

Coach Nancy

The program can automatically adjust it. Just go to short term goals, type in your info, and it'll give you a calorie count. That's the way I do it anyway..

I think the program will automatically adjust it for you based on your goal, your goal date, and weigh-in. After my first 6 lbs, it gave me 10 extra calories a day.

Hi
Can anyone tell me please listen to this question....

Are there any GUIDELINES on SP on how I should be adjusting my calories?
Yes I knowi can adjust them myself on the tracker, but frankly I don't have the nutritional background to feel confident making that decision for myself. So far I'm still losing weight on my original 1100-1550. Have lost a total of 36 so far. Should I leave the calorie count the way it is til I plateau?

I sure hope someone knowledgable can help me.
Thanks on advance,

Jeannie
