Throw away the gummy bears or give them away. Ruin them with a dose of water if you fear that you might fish them out of the trash.
If you're hungry, by all means go eat something! Gummy bears, while delicious, are just going to make you hungrier later since they are pure sugar. Find a snack with fiber and protein in it. That will probably satisfy your hunger in a better way.
You don't have to eat the whole thing.
