I hear you loud and clear! And I'm right with you. My scale goes up, then down, the up, etc. I don't even put in in my tracker anymore. But since I've been exercising and tracking my food, watching what I eat, I have been taken off insulin! The scale doesn't show it, but the numbers for my A1C, triglicyrides, cholesteral - they all show it.
The scale moving down definitely motivates me, but if I want to stay off insulin, I'll keep doing what I'm doing, no matter what the scale is telling me.
But I do understand the frustration. Keep up the good work!
