I would return them. I've purchased several pairs over the last couple of years and they are always comfortable.

If they hurt your heel take them back. You don't want to end up with plantar fasciitis.

It's not what I did, but what I do next that sets the course for success.

Hi! A friend of mine is a nurse and on her feet all day. She said they are very comfortable right out of the box and that they shouldn't hurt.

Just a note, she has neither seen nor felt any difference in her muscle tone since she started wearing them 2 weeks ago, every day. Interesting.

I hope this counts as a good enough reason to use the panic button, so to speak. I bought a pair of Skechers Shape Ups shoes yesterday. I walked in them for the first time today. About half way through my walk, my right heel started hurting a little. It was just enough pain to get my attention. Anyway, I figured it might be normal. But, now my heel has been slightly sore all day. I went to the company's website and all they told me was that pain wasn't normal and to take them back to the store for a refund. I know it sounds wacky, but other than the heel pain, I really like these shoes. They do everything they advertise. I don't know if I am walking on them wrong, or what! So, I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience, and what they did about it. Thanks.
