I've had a couple of those days. Today I happened to see an old picture of me at a weight I would like to be again. That seemed to boost my spirits a little bit. Decided that I need to walk at lunch - even if it is just a stroll that always turns into a faster pace. A walk seems to always clear my head and get things back in order again. Turn that frustration into determination!

Most of the time if I feel really upset/angry, I go for a run. It helps me clear my thoughts and exert that anger into my workout.

My daughter would say "Suck it up" her roommate would say, "Put on your big girl panties and deal with it." I say some days are like that but life goes on. Do your best to get through the day with minimal fallout to your diet and excercise plan and move past it to tomorrow.

I am not skilled to understand what GOD has willed what GOD has planned I only know at his right hand stands one who is my SAVIOR
