I would try and eat as much as I could for the least calories. SO, my dinner would be salad with fat-free dressing, and maybe some of that Light Progresso Weight Watcher soup that is only 60 calories. Fresh veggies? Carrots, something that makes your mind know that you're are chewing food and something that will fill up your stomach, without making you hungry all night or pushing you over the edge at 10pm to grab 4th meal at Taco Bell... ;)

Good News though! You came here first! A couple of calories won't kill you, and you can always go for a walk or run if you are over by 100 or so to even out your day! :)

I would definitely still try to have a healthy dinner. Otherwise, you may just get soo hungry that you binge at midnight.

It's not bad if you go over your calorie limit one day. Its when you go over the limit time and time again tat leads to problems. Just make sure you get back on track tomorrow!

BAAAAH my calorie limit for the day is 1500 and I'm at 1431, it's only after lunch!

What would you guys normally do in this situation? Should I just try to go the rest of today without eating?
