One of the best parts of life is that you get "start overs". Put the candy incident behind you and start over again. The more you beat yourself up over it the worse you will feel. You can't do anything about it now but you can do something about it for the future. It's a learning experience.

Sometimes it happens. Put it behind you. Go for an extra walk, eat healthier choices the rest of the day but don't starve yourself. Move on. It's over now.

I am not skilled to understand what GOD has willed what GOD has planned I only know at his right hand stands one who is my SAVIOR

As usual, I completley agree with OUTOFOCONTROL. There's no use worrying about something that already happened. It's in the past; learn from it and move on.

Some things you can learn from this is that you should maybe not have these things around you if you can't control yourself. If you must, take one serving and put the rest away; but if that's not a possibility, just don't keep it around anymore. Out of sight, out of mind.

Also, realize that we all have those moments. I can't tell you how many time I used to (and sometimes still do, on occasion) eat something... and keep eating... and as I'm doing so I'm telling myself, "You totally don't need any of this... why are you eating it? Why are you doing this to yourself?"

It happens. Just pick yourself up and move on.

The best thing to do is forgive yourself and move on. Learn from the experience if you can. Beating yourself up or punishing yourself with more exercise or less food will only set in motion a cycle of deprivation and overeating and feeling bad about yourself. We've all been there and done that. It's one box of candy. It can't take away from your overall success.

I've just spent the afternoon gorging on cadbury's roses I must of ate a box and now I'm kicking myself. I'm spinning tonight but what else can I do? I feel so annoyed with myself especially cause I was telling myself the whole time I was eating them that I'd regret it when I finally stop!!
