I am committed to more exercise and to hydrate more. I have a goal that I intend to achieve to prove to myself I can count on me. I am working towards a better fitter me as I plan on walking with my sister on the Stepping Out In Pink walk in september. My sister has had cancer surgery and chemo the whole thing three years ago, but not only that.. Her daughter is now going thru chemo treatments for breast cancer- last treatment is Aug 11th. I WILL BE THERE TO SHOW MY SUPPORT FOR BOTH OF THEM. emoticon

To dream of the person you would like to be is to waste the person that you are. Be true to yourself and enjoy life.
