will not weigh myself. The beginning of week 2 and my goal is to weigh every two weeks only. From past experiences daily or even weekly weigh in for me can be discouraging. Very tempting after doing well for the 1st week. The book The Spark has kept me going. I have put post-it flags on pages which really help me to stay focus on eating healthier and learning portion control.
