anyone doing the aug #backontrack? it's a consistency challenge for august that I just found on sparkpeople and starting it today. what will you focus on?

I'm focusing on working out consistently...goodness knows i need it!! I bought a new ipod, workout clothes, changed the battery in my pedometer and paired my ipod to a portable speaker so I can blast those tunes. Hope to sweat off some fat pounds and gain muscle and strength in the process. join me...i would love the support!!!
