As I type the topic for this I was struck with one thought, the 5K I completed in 2010. This might seem like a small thing for some, but for me, it was my most accomplished and rewarding moment of my weight loss journey. I never felt happier and so confident. I still have my hat with the speed completion time ticket pinned to it. I am starting over again and learned much from the past attempt at getting fit. My goal: complete another 5K and beat my time. That I can and will do ;-p
