Yes, I like taking my iPOD with me when walking - sometimes I find myself bopping to the music as I walk - probably looks silly, but I find I enjoy the walk so much more and cuts down on boredom - the killer of all exercise plans.

I listen to a lot of music for my job but not while I'm exercising cuz it's too distracting pulling out the device to see who's playing.
