Yes, listening to fast music while I'm on the treadmill makes me move faster. My feet go with whatever beat I'm listening to so my playlist starts slow (warm-up) picks up tempo until it's really moving and then gradually slows back down to a song called Proud (cool-down).

You may remember that song as a former theme song for The Biggest Loser:
"What Have You Done Today To Make You Feel Proud" .

I always end my workout with that one and I always feel proud of what I just accomplished.
