You know when I first started out which was years ago, I would listen to my music, during my workout, at the gym, home gym and did so well, but the problems is that I worn the same size then as I do now, but my arms were leaner, my leg were leaner and my hips were smaller.but my belly and waist was also much smaller and also it so much easier to shed inches off your waist and arms, when you are much younger. We eat less when we age, but the weight seem to go in difference spaces. When I went to see my doctor in June 2015 and I just went back this month and I lost 12lbs, which great. That was due to a lot of running and pulling and a lot wondering. So I am grateful for that. I did put in my goal to reach and I am going to continue to seek that. And I will continue to talk and share my notes with you to have that extra help that's needed. Thanks
depends on the exercise....workout videos no, i listen to their instruction....everything else, yes...heavy metal, electronic dance music, sometimes hiphop are my favorites to workout to...whats your favorite?
