I may have music on in some room in my home when exercising, but I also do have a television or more on as well, but I am not concentrating on it- only my routine.

I'm thinking of getting an MP3 player for outside though, as I spend quite a bit of time walking, and biking some too.

Attach a big dream to a small beginning, and it won't be small for too long.

I changed up my workout playlist today for my strength workout. I chose some intense techno instead of the usual pop/dance and rock. I ended up pushing myself so much harder, and felt amazing by the time I was done.

I'll be sore tomorrow. :D

Actually, this may seem kind of weird, but I listen to old time radio broadcasts on my MP3 player. They're entertaining and make the time go fast.
