Hello-
I agree with the other posters here - definitely continue with whatever advice your doctor has given for your mood.
I also struggle with depression - and what I find is that how I eat directly affects how I am feeling. I recommend reading "Eat Your Way to Happiness" by Elizabeth Somer. She has some good insights on food affecting mood, and vice versa. My favorite quote from the book [paraphrased] is "Every time you put something in your mouth, you are either making a choice to care for yourself...or not."

Good luck!

I agree with LUANN, if you are depressed, you may (or aldready have) talked to a doctor. As far as healthy foods, habits, try to make small changes, even if that means drinking more water a day. Eventually it will become a habit and you can add on another healthy 'task' like eating a fruit every day... and so on. Good luck!

"This may be linked to me having depression."
If that is the case, you'll need to talk to your doctor.

Welp, for the past month or so I have been really de-motivated. I have been eating a lot of junk and skipping workouts. As a result, I've gained 5 lbs. Now, the exercise is not really the issue... butI'm having so much trouble with eating right. I absolutely can not find the willpower to eat healthy. This may be linked to me having depression. I really need some advice to back on board!
