Today I am proud of myself that I started week 2 of my workout program (BBG), even though last week I didn't follow it to a T. This journey is NOT about perfection and it's not all or nothing! I am proud of myself that this weekend I allowed myself to eat what I want, and still make healthy choices even though I wasn't tracking anything.

I am proud that I have been making healthy choices all day long, drinking more water and being productive overall!

I'm becoming a good influence on my friends. It appears they are more concerned about portions, healthier choices, and limiting their alcohol when we go out together. No longer needing to explain why I don't drink, or skip the carbs. Feels good that I've been consistent with myself and it's resulted with more supportive friends. I said "no thanks" to the big bowl of noodles that were being passed around at work today. Co-workers were raving about them, and I just looked at them and thought "Yup, looks kinda tasty, but I'm going to feel gross if I eat 'em."

Had my yogurt and fruit instead and am feeling full, but not weighed down. And i don't feel like I missed anything, either.

I'm still breaking in my new foot insert/brace. I managed to walk almost 4,000 steps. I got a water blister in my arch for the effect.....I was able to do it!
