getting out and taking my nephews for a 1.5 mile walk since I didn't wake up early enough to exercise this morning, and even though I wasn't really in the mood to do so.

trying some SP strength videos instead of my old routine... even though I've only been doing it for a few weeks, it just didn't sound appealing to me because I was half asleep when I needed to do my strength training. The videos were effective.

along the same lines, I'm proud of myself today for trying a short cardio dance video from on demand. It was actually pretty fun and I was able to keep up with it.

fighting through the fog of morning and going into my brother's SMALL room to do WATP. It's a bit depressing in there and stinky like boys lol (he shares it with his two toddler boys)... It was tough to workout in such a small space since I'm used to working out in the living room, but at least it kept me from having to wake up at 4:30 to workout in the living room. It was a special occasion with all three of them being out of the house today that allowed me to sleep in a little bit.

For finishing my plan of two and a half times around the local walking park (3/4 mile each circle), even though my hips were aching and I had worn the wrong socks to be walking in with my new gel insoles. I did it, and other than some minor left ankle muscle and left knee pain, I'm feeling okay.

Listening to my body and resting today. It has been such a busy week, and yesterday I was going from 10:30 am to 9:30 pm.

A wedding and a wedding shower both in one day. Saw much family that I don't see often, and it was good, but I was so sore and tired last night, that today is just a lazy day.

I have the vacuum working in the pool, and am about to go out and relax my sore muscles in the pool and move around, and swim a bit.

Setting up and going out on a fun "date afternoon" with my husband! We have so little free time that we often just veg when I actually don't have to go to the office on the weekend -- this was a nice little break. We live in the city but take advantage of it too infrequently.

Starting Weight: 260 lbs. (November 2010)
Quasi-Maintenance: 165 lbs. (June 2011)
Goal Weight: 150 lbs. (reached December 8, 2011)

Size 22W to Size 4

Currently maintaining within 5 lbs. (+ or -) of goal. I weigh daily, but also use a tape measure and the fit of my clothes to guage how well I'm doing.

Drinking water, accomplishing a project. planning food choices, Giving MYSELF another chance,running a half marathon, sticking to program, cycling to work, no coffee, and lots of exercise, calling a friend instead of going to McDonalds, staying busy, and losing 25 pounds.

WOW, so very much for all of you to be so proud of.

I am quite impressed. Makes me feel hopeful.

I am proud of myself today, because I did not eat as much as I have been. Not really great, but better.

I am having an awful time with food, so I am counting today as progress.

Keep up all of the good work, and Keep on motivating me, I WILL get my mojo back!

Today I was on the road for work and it was a bad day stress-wise. Over the lunch hour was the worst and I'm proud of myself for not eating emotionally. Instead of crossing the parking lot of where I was to have a greasy, unsatisfying McDonald's burger, I texted my friend to let her know the temptation and that I recognized it would be emotional eating.

I gave myself 10-15 minutes to calm down/de-stress, and then made my way to the nearest subway for a healthier choice sub instead.

pushing myself to get out and get a 2+ mile walk, even though I was tired and it was hard to find even a little bit of motivation to do so... I felt a lot better after I did it, though I still feel tired.

Congrats on coming back before you gained all of your weight back. that is a real accomplishment. Welcome home!

The rest of you are doing some really great things too. Makes me feel like doing more.

Have spent the last few days, cleaning and doing laundry, just working hard at home. I am having out of town company this weekend.

I am very tired today, but proud of all I have done.

Getting 4 miles of WATP in this morning, taking my nephews for a walk and a stop at the park, and for staying on track with my food. I just wish the boys had more time to play at the park. I could only stand ten minutes and three mosquito bites before it was time to go, they just wouldn't leave me alone despite the bug spray.
