walking 3.2 miles while at my sister's (who lives in another town), even though I felt bad and had a headache. Also it was pretty warm with high humidity by the time I got out. But I did it anyway!

walking 1.5 miles with my nephews instead of just one, and for doing 4 miles in walking videos early this morning... as well as staying on track today even though I was really stressed and wanted to eat some junk food. I resisted the urge, and that's cause for celebration.

Managed to keep my calories in range despite having to "graze" all day and having serious carb cravings -- all part of the joy of early pregnancy. NOT eating makes me nauseous, as does eating most of the healthy foods that are usually my favorites... But I'm finding things that work and don't break the calorie bank. (I'd eat muffins or pizza all day, if I could get away with it, but I know where that road leads!)

Starting Weight: 260 lbs. (November 2010)
Quasi-Maintenance: 165 lbs. (June 2011)
Goal Weight: 150 lbs. (reached December 8, 2011)

Size 22W to Size 4

Currently maintaining within 5 lbs. (+ or -) of goal. I weigh daily, but also use a tape measure and the fit of my clothes to guage how well I'm doing.

Today I'm proud of myself for getting out there and walking even though I had low motivation and my hips and knees plus one shin were bothering me. They hurt most of the walk but not in a "I have to stop" kind of way. I made it four miles. So I'm definitely proud of myself for that and eating within my range.

I Don't count my sit-ups... I only start counting them when it starts hurting... Because those are the only ones that count...

getting out and taking my nephews for a 1.5 mile walk since I didn't wake up early enough to exercise this morning, and even though I wasn't really in the mood to do so.

trying some SP strength videos instead of my old routine... even though I've only been doing it for a few weeks, it just didn't sound appealing to me because I was half asleep when I needed to do my strength training. The videos were effective.

along the same lines, I'm proud of myself today for trying a short cardio dance video from on demand. It was actually pretty fun and I was able to keep up with it.

fighting through the fog of morning and going into my brother's SMALL room to do WATP. It's a bit depressing in there and stinky like boys lol (he shares it with his two toddler boys)... It was tough to workout in such a small space since I'm used to working out in the living room, but at least it kept me from having to wake up at 4:30 to workout in the living room. It was a special occasion with all three of them being out of the house today that allowed me to sleep in a little bit.

I'm proud of myself today for staying below my "maintenance" calorie range, maybe even helping me lose a little more weight as I'm still 15 lbs overweight, but can't handle the stress and frustration of actually "trying" to right now.
