substituting a different workout after missing my favorite workout class. That little voice in my head was saying, "well, just go home, don't work out today"... that's when I knew I had to kick it in gear. I am on it! You won't get me.

walking 3.2 miles even after finding out my local walking park was closed due to a body of water in the reservoir created by the rain... I got discouraged and then determined to get in my walk despite the obstacles.

doing the dishes despite multiple issues the main one of being back pain, cleaning up the papers and trash as well as vacuuming in the living room, and sweeping the kitchen... but most of all I'm proud of myself for staying active at home, drinking more water than I normally do on a rest day, and eating pretty well. I did housework and played with my nephews.

walking 1.5 miles with my nephews instead of just one, and for doing 4 miles in walking videos early this morning... as well as staying on track today even though I was really stressed and wanted to eat some junk food. I resisted the urge, and that's cause for celebration.

Managed to keep my calories in range despite having to "graze" all day and having serious carb cravings -- all part of the joy of early pregnancy. NOT eating makes me nauseous, as does eating most of the healthy foods that are usually my favorites... But I'm finding things that work and don't break the calorie bank. (I'd eat muffins or pizza all day, if I could get away with it, but I know where that road leads!)

Starting Weight: 260 lbs. (November 2010)
Quasi-Maintenance: 165 lbs. (June 2011)
Goal Weight: 150 lbs. (reached December 8, 2011)

Size 22W to Size 4

Currently maintaining within 5 lbs. (+ or -) of goal. I weigh daily, but also use a tape measure and the fit of my clothes to guage how well I'm doing.
