Today, I'm proud that I ate mostly healthy all day (hashbrowns excluded), even with going out for breakfast with my husband and daughters this morning. I got the omelet instead of waffles or pancakes (my favorite), and then the girls and I had a fresh fruit salad, yogurt, and a bit of cheese for dinner after a long, hot day.

I lost. 4 pounds emoticon and it sucks forI don't like scales and I have always gone by my clothing size. it's really hard for me because I used to be really skinny and fit and a few years ago I had a car accident that put me in a coma and I had to use lots of different meds that made me gain weight and now I'm fighting to get my body backand it's so hard so I hope I can find some support on here to get me back to my goals.

My husband wanted Fazoli's and I LOVE their baked spaghetti! I drove through, bought HIM baked spaghetti and then went home and baked some salmon. I felt a lot better afterwards and was pleasingly full but with much less guilt and way less calories!

You are an inspiration. I'm home...after a blizzard, and I am motivated to stay away from the refrigerator...unless I'm eating what I should be...not just eating empty calories. And..I got rid of all my "junk" food before the blizzard...thank the Lord! :) Everyone - stay warm...if you are snowed in! hugs.

To keep moving forward. Went in to the doctor to get order to do more physical therapy. I got through the new regiment. Now for the body to get use to the new plans. emoticon

Losing 102 lbs and keeping almost all of it off since 2009. Am now losing the 15 lbs I gained back too! This stuff is hard work! YAY ME!!

I went to a bomb fire at some friends house. Although it took a little while longer to get across the rough terrain with my walker. I went. I did it. It was a fun evening.
