Today I'm proud that I did not eat that Hot Apple Pie from Hardee's last night and for walking everyday 30 minutes before work, 30 minutes at lunch and 15 minutes on my breaks.

I pitched a can of mixed nuts --- I had a couple servings yesterday.

today I had 3 or maybe 4 --- realized I wasn't going to be able to keep away from them.

Took them out of my office to a large trash can and emptied them into the trash and then threw the can away --- didn't trust myself to just throw them away inside their container.
