My new 10 day challenge. 7/22 to 7/31. Include squats and the superman exercise for 8 days out of the ten. On the treadmill do 10 minutes of each workout at an incline.

Exercise 5 days a week for at least 20 minutes.
Strength training at least twice a week each for upper, lower and core.
After too many snacks tonight, no food after 8:00 PM as of 6/18.
Keep cholesterol under 100mg and sodium under 1200mg daily.

I said "no thanks" to the big bowl of noodles that were being passed around at work today. Co-workers were raving about them, and I just looked at them and thought "Yup, looks kinda tasty, but I'm going to feel gross if I eat 'em."

Had my yogurt and fruit instead and am feeling full, but not weighed down. And i don't feel like I missed anything, either.

I'm still breaking in my new foot insert/brace. I managed to walk almost 4,000 steps. I got a water blister in my arch for the effect.....I was able to do it!

I am within 10 pounds of my goal weight. I went to Soma for a bra fitting and my chest band went from 42" to 34". I was shocked! No wonder my bra didn't fit right.

Today, I'm proud that I ate mostly healthy all day (hashbrowns excluded), even with going out for breakfast with my husband and daughters this morning. I got the omelet instead of waffles or pancakes (my favorite), and then the girls and I had a fresh fruit salad, yogurt, and a bit of cheese for dinner after a long, hot day.
