You are an inspiration. I'm home...after a blizzard, and I am motivated to stay away from the refrigerator...unless I'm eating what I should be...not just eating empty calories. And..I got rid of all my "junk" food before the blizzard...thank the Lord! :) Everyone - stay warm...if you are snowed in! hugs.

To keep moving forward. Went in to the doctor to get order to do more physical therapy. I got through the new regiment. Now for the body to get use to the new plans. emoticon

I went to a bomb fire at some friends house. Although it took a little while longer to get across the rough terrain with my walker. I went. I did it. It was a fun evening.

Staying on track even though my daughter was up sick all night last night. Sleep deprivation and stress are usually triggers for me but I want this more than anything right now..

I am proud that I have been able to stop biting my nails before my 60th birthday which is 4/29/15. My Mom shared with me before she died in 2007 that she did not quit biting her nails until she was in her 50's and I wanted to do that too. It has been quite a struggle, but I have finally managed it! My DDIL came over today and gave me a manicure!
