I pitched a can of mixed nuts --- I had a couple servings yesterday.

today I had 3 or maybe 4 --- realized I wasn't going to be able to keep away from them.

Took them out of my office to a large trash can and emptied them into the trash and then threw the can away --- didn't trust myself to just throw them away inside their container.

Got a contract at gym for 6 mo with trainer. Sick 3 mo and gym would not extend time with trainer. Contract read use within 30 days of last payment. In six weeks I have 25 sessions.

I'm proud of myself for accomplishing 5 sessions. So here I go with my marathon. 20 to go! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Building my bucket list and enjoying the ones I've accomplished!!! I quit smoking and have visited 34 out of 50 states, WENT TO Disneyland in2014 for the first time, had African lobster in 2014,and went to second hand stores in Laguna Beach Cal.

I'M WORKING TO CHECK OFF MY BUCKET LIST A TRAINER TO ESDUCATE ME TO EXERCIZE. IT WILL BE COMPLETED IN APRIL, 2015

But I want to see the grand canyon, smithsonian institute, eat lobster in Portland Maine, a train trip for two months d

Logging in to sparkpeople and tracking my food was an accomplishment today. I didn't want to do it because I knew I would have to hold myself accountable for what I'd eaten and reflect on the last day. Once I logged in, tracked my food, and completed my sparkcoach session, I realized the last day wasn't actually so bad. Not perfect, but not a disaster, either.
