I've been really dedicated to exercising 5-6 days a week for the past three weeks and challenged my fiancé to a planking competition. He bowed out at 20 seconds and I went on to break my record at 60 seconds.

I decided to challenge myself by going to the gym 4 days a week and completing the following:
15 minute warm up on cardio machine
30 minutes strength training
10 minute Core
100 sit ups

I am proud I completed my goal today!

Adding level three to Biggest Loser Cardio Max. I was supposed to add it last weekend, but my muscles were too sore and I didn't want to do extra and make it worse. I'm proud of myself for doing my best and actually keeping up for the most part with this "new" level.

I am definitely proud of myself. Although I could have easily eaten all of my meal during lunch (restaurant), I ate about 70% and packaged the rest to go. This is not my typical mode of operation. I need to do it more.
