I saw that article floating around this week. It blows my young mind to think it really wasn't all that long ago that women weren't allowed to run at all. I'm glad for the rule breakers :)

This year the men's champion ran it in 2:08, and the women's champion ran it in 2:19.. just 11 mins separating them. We've come a long way since we thought women were incapable of running more than 1.5 miles.
