I work at a gym, so getting there isn't the problem, but making myself work out (especially after a long shift on my feet!) can be an issue.
I bargain with myself that I will do ten minutes on x machine. I usually find that once I'm done with that ten minutes, I can convince myself that ten on another machine won't be so bad. Before I know it I'm up to 30 or more.
Reading a magazine while I walk (covering up the time & distance!) helps sometimes, too.
