I haven't done it, but I should think a spreadsheet would be the way to go. Excel, for example. Set up your rows for things you want to track, use the columns for tracking daily/ weekly/ monthly candy bars, gym visits, etc.

Hi!

A quick question, have ever tried to track your personal stats to get motivated? How many chocolate bars you eat per day/week/month, how often do you visit gym, or similar activities? And if you have, what tool do use to collect and analyze your data? Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
