I will lose weight one week, then the next week I gain a couple of pounds out of no where and don't lose anything for the following week. Then the next week is hit or miss, I might lose a couple of pounds or I might stay the same again. Then the 3rd week, I get another big loss usually for 4-5 pounds. It's frustrating! I work so hard to see my weight doesn't budge or even goes up.
My clothes are fitting better/loose so I know I am probably losing inches, but why does it take a long time for my exercise to result in lost pounds? I eat right in my calorie range, plenty of veggies, fiber, whole grains and lean meat. I exercise 5-6 times per week for 45 minutes of cardio, and this week I am starting to add in strength training every other day.
Take it one day at a time. :)
