I need help. I'm trying to set up a goal/rewards system for my food journal. I'm not writing a food journal nearly as often as I should. I'm currently averaging two half days per week.I want to start keeping a food journal more often without pressuring myself to do it every single day. I've made a list of rewards and divided them into five categories (small, medium, big. large, and huge) I don't want a streak system where I need to do it every day, but I'm lost as how to connect the rewards I listed to how often I write in a food journal.
On my exercise streak rewards system, the size of the reward is connected to how many days in a row I exercise. Since I don't want to do a streak system I'm totally lost as to how to create a rewards system for my food journal. Any help would be much appreciated. I'm hoping all this makes sense to someone because it is confusing to me, and I'm the one that wrote it!
