Just taking one day at a time....I try not to get overwhelmed with how much weight I have to lose...but if I can get through one day at a time, I am that much closer to reaching my goals. It is a lot less stressful thinking in that way! emoticon

The feeling I get after working out usually helps me. Sure I may not wake up in the morning exciting about have to drive 30 mins to get to the gym by 6am but once I'm done and headed to work I feel great! I find it makes my day feel better overall. So when I wake up I think about the result rather than how much I would rather just roll over and nap.

I am having problems staying motivated and keeping my focus on where I want to be. Does anyone have any advice? I tend to be an emotional eater and eat/drink too much in the evening when I am not at work.
