I am so excited to have stuck with something for the past week even if they were really easy goals at least I completed them. I worked out for 40 minutes 6 out of 7 days and for 10 minutes on the 7th day. I drank 64 ounces of water or more each day and did not drink any pop/soda. I did drink about 4 oz o tea, so I did have some caffeine, 2 cups of hot chocolate the rest was a little bit of orange juice and some milk. I also tracked my nutrition which needless to say needs a little tweaking but I'm not going to change everything at one time. I feel excited and energized knowing what I have accomplished and so glad I started somewhere!
I am striving for consistence. I really want to change my habits to include exercise and drinking the right amount of water everyday. To make healthier eating choices, and to stop eating when I'm bored.
