Thank you everyone for your replys! So far I am doing better. I have been setting my cell alarm for about 30 minutes earlier. If I'm tired and want to sleep more then I have to tell myself I will have to exercise after work, that usually get's me out of bed lol I've decided if I only have 15 min then that is better than nothing. Then on the weekends when I have more time I try to get at least 1 hour in. It's so easy to exercise when you are a home (stay at home mom/etc) but when you are trying to work I find it very hard to balance my life. If only I could find a way to make money at home, I'd always get my workout in...my dream lol Thanks again everyone, I really enjoyed reading your replys!!!

Set your alarm as loud as it will go. Then, place it on the opposite side of the room so when it goes off, you have to get out of bed to turn it off. That's what I did when I use to have to wake up at 3:30am to be at work by 5:30am.
I'd have to agree with the coffee. I love coffee first thing in the morning, and if I know when that alarm goes off, that there is already coffee made in the kitchen-- it's a lot easier to get out of that bed. Programmable coffee makers are pretty cheap these days, and I usually set it up while I'm cleaning up the kitchen after supper.
I'd also agree with Rebcca, that I love how I feel after a workout. AND I really like knowing all day long, that I've gotten my exercise in and started the day out on the right foot.

Coffee is the first thing that gets me out of bed in the mornings. What gets me out for a workout is knowing beyond a shadow of a doubt that I will feel energized, alive and more empowered by doing a workout. I have NEVER regretted doing my daily walk, bike ride etc.
Set yourself up for success by laying out your workout clothes the night before and let them serve as reminders of your intent.
