I used to take Lexapro. I had no problems with it. I stopped taking it when my insurance didn't cover it.

Did you get your doctor's permission to start exercising again?

Almost a year ago I got on Lexapro/Lorazepam, It worked amazing, really helped my Anxiety. When I started taking that I also started eating healthy and exercises. While on it I lost 30 lbs! I was very proud of myself. With my exercise though, I started to push myself really hard, and got Costochondritis, which is an inflammation of a rib or the cartilage connecting a rib. It is a common cause of chest pain. So I slowly stopped exercising because of the pain (Doctor wanted me to stopped altogether, so that's what I ended up doing). Shortly after I decided I was feeling okay, so I took myself off Lexapro/Lorazepam. Slowly I started drinking soda again, eating unhealthy and over eating. I gained 15 lbs back.

So here I am, started taking Lexapro/Lorazepam yesterday once again. Not only because my Anxiety has return, but I felt like I had more Motivation while on it and didn't just lounge around the house.

Still having flare ups with my Costochondritis once a day or so, but it's not as bad as it was and I feel like I can start exercising again without all that chest pain.

I want to get healthy again, I hate being lazy, and I hate that I have to rely on medicine to help me, but it really did help. And I hope I can get back to where I was before the setback.

So I want to know about your expirence with Lexapro or Lorazepam
