Welcome back to SparkPeople!
I would recommend starting out with some smaller goals. An example would be since you feel like you don't have enough time to exercise, you can set a goal where you do at least 10 minutes of exercise each day. This can be something as simple as going for a walk for 10 minutes at some point in your day. Then if you find that you can squeeze in several 10 minute sessions of exercise like that in your day, it really does all add up. Here's an article that discusses this in more detail: www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness_artic
You could also add another goal to eat a certain number of servings of fruits and veggies and/or drink a certain number of cups of water each day.
We also have a lot of motivational resources in the Motivation section of the Articles & Videos tab at the top of the page: www.sparkpeople.com/resource/motivation.as
. I'm sure you can find a lot of helpful tips and motivation in there to help you along the way as well.
Lastly, I would recommend joining some SparkTeams to help keep you accountable and motivated. I would even recommend checking out some of the Challenges that we have on the site: www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/challenge.asp
Please note: I will be on maternity leave until early April.
