I struggle EVERY day with staying motivated. Thank God for SP! I recently learned a simple trick that has helped me to stay on the healthy path. The trick is that if you slip one day and take a step backwards, take TWO steps forward! That visualization helps me not get too far behind. I think sometimes I need to take THREE steps forward As I write this, I am talking to myself too.

I've not posted before. I tend to only access sparkpeople to track my food and exercise. I have managed to lose quite a bit of weight since I stated, about 30kg however I have now managed to put on about 10kg. I know that I've been eating the wrong things (and too much) and not been exercising as much as I should of been. I'm just finding it difficult at the moment, and now the weather is colder I'm feeling even less motivated. I was just hoping there are others out there who have been through the same sort of thing and wondered if you had any advice for me? Or just let me know that I'm not alone! I really want to lose about another 20kg and stay there!
