One of the best ways to track your food is to spend some time going through your refridgerator shelf by shelf (don't forget the doors) and entering the food labels into your tracker. Then move to your pantry and do the same thing. This way you have the foods that you eat at your fingertips to track and don't have to scroll through the hundreds of items in the food tracker.
Another suggestion I have is to put your favorite recipes into your recipe box and enter all of the nutritional info into that tracker. This way you can know exactly how many calories, carbs, fats, proteins, sodium, ect... are in what you eat. This give YOU the CONTROL over what you eat.
