This may not be what you are looking for, but I wear a pedometer and do every silly little thing to get more steps in every day - I park as far away as a I can, I purposefully "forget" stuff in the break room work just so I have to go back for it, I deliver things to people at work one at a time instead of in an efficient circle like I used to. I sit in my desk chair and march my feet for a minute at a time.
I also walk in place while I'm watching TV. I pace around my living room if I'm on the phone. When I have to use "the loo" I will do a couple of squats or plies each time. When I'm going to be alone for a few minutes, I turn up the music in my living room and dance to a song.
When I'm driving to and from work, I car dance (when it's safe) and do kegels and tighten my abdomen and hold it for different lengths of time. Same with my glutes.
But if you're looking for more organized or formal exercise ideas, Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds and Richard Simmon's Sweatin' to the Oldies are good places to start.
