"Food porn" that's what I used to call it. ;) I got really bad into it when I was nearing my goal weight. Hormones all out of whack. I was spending a better part of me free time cruising the internet for recipes... most of which were dessert recipes. The strange part is that it actually helped during times of cravings.
"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.

It's funny you say that because I have just come from one site, but it isn't sweets - it was fruit - LOL! I am kinda addicted to heaps of various fruits and always have been, and unfortunately for me, what I had to decrease to lose weight :-(
I have not had any sweets in a couple weeks, and today I was online and just started looking at pictures of cookies and cakes. I felt like I was fantasizing about eating sweets. I almost feel ashamed like I am looking at food porn.
Does anybody else ever catch themselves looking at pictures of food?
