In Scotland it was cold and wet most of the summer that I was there. Learned to enjoy walking in the rain as long as I was wearing the proper rain gear and boots. Dog had a raincoat too. She had a quilted jacket for cold dry days. We had some long walks in the rain. Hardly anyone else out so we had parks and roads pretty much to ourselves.
