No problem smalltownmommy! I feel awesome that I've accomplished this so far. It's just getting over that initial hump and making it a part of your life. It can be done, where there is a will there's a way!
Maybe you just need the placebo effect from a sugar pill/tic tac labeled diet pill. But really, at some point you are going to have to start believing in yourself, and that you CAN do this. SO why delay? Start today.
Fifty pounds! Great job. I'm glad you believed in yourself enough to put the pills down and rely on what you're made of. Look at you proving how awesome you are. Thank you for updating so others that might think they need pills can see that it can be done. Very inspiring!

Diet pills are a waste of money: www.sparkpeople.com/resource/nutrition_art icles.asp?id=510. What works to lose the weight and keep the weight off is changing your lifestyle through healthy eating/nutrition and exercise. So please give yourself (not the pills) more credit for your weight loss and what you are doing. You CAN do this without the pills!

I've never taken those pills..... or any pills for weight loss, for that matter. And I lost the weight.
I daresay most, if not ALL of those pills, say something about "when used in conjunction with a reduced calorie diet and exercise plan". So really it begs the question right off the bat.... is the weight loss *really* from the pills, or from the diet and exercise? Particularly in your case, those pills can have some serious side effects.
Honestly, stick with the "busting my rear end .. to exercise, eating correctly and more", and I'm sure you'll do fine. I really do think the weight you've lost so far is due to the changes in your diet and exercise, not to any pills.

My cousin has lost about 30 pounds so far and says it is because she now takes "Bella VI" products. Now I have lost a ton of weight before without any kind of pill and know I don't need them, but I guess it's just the thrill of thinking a tablet will make you lose all this weight. Now don't get me wrong, I know I can't just take a pill for weight loss so on the day I started the pills I also started eating right, counting calories, and exercising every day. I've since lost 7 pounds but now I have to stop the pills. They said they are non stimulants but my heart rate has increased to 110 on average even at rest so I do not feel safe taking them.
I'm just looking for words of advice or encouragement. I could really use it. I know I have been busting my rear end waking up to exercise hard, eating correctly and more, but for some reason feel like I only lost weight because of the stupid pill and not my hard work.
