I was doing well also after having some struggles with bingeing and then went on vacation and completely went overboard with food and have not really gotten back to good eating habits even though I have been back a couple of days now. I also don't really have anyone to go to for support/accountability. I am actually hoping to find an "accountability partner" here.

Whatever you choose to do as far as therapy goes, I wish you the absolute best! Me, I'm going to try the Overeaters Anonymous group in my area and hope that I find some help there.

Blessings to you!

I was doing good for the last two weeks and then, this week I fell off the wagon...big time. I am having a hard time getting up and I feel so defeated and so sad. I have no one to support me and I feel like quitting. I need some help. I am thinking about going to a therapist for help in eating disorders. I just want to feel happy again. Thanks! GOD bless.

I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength!
