Thought about getting up this morning when I heard my neighbor's truck crank up to leave for work but didn't. Knew I was coming home to work out. then felt even more guilty when I took the dogs out this morning and saw the neighbor across the street jogging BACK to his house! Ugh! Tomorrow morning I'm hitting it in the morning too! Can't wait to get home to work out.. strength training today! Putting on the music and getting to it!

5:30 am and 6 p.m. Monday - Thursday (heavy duty cardio first thing, weights and swimming in evenings)
8 a.m. Friday - Saturday (bike to/from Y and do swimming and then cardio/weight combo class at Y both days)
Whenever I feel like getting started on Sunday, I do something fun that keeps me moving.

M-W-F I start w/Tai Chi at 12:15 and then do my walking or elliptical around 2:00 after I get home
Tuesday & Thursday I start between 6:45 and 7 a.m. so I can do my upper body workout and either aerobic video or elliptical before I go to my morning Tai Chi class
