Don't "diet". Set small goals that over time lead to a healthier lifestyle. Find a type of exercise that you enjoy doing. Start with 10 minutes a day and begin increasing the duration and intensity as you become more fit.
"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.

I need some help on staying motivated on dieting and exercise. I have no motivation it seems. I will diet one day then next day not so much. As far as exercise goes, well, have not even started that yet, but do want to. Any suggestions?
